General Servicing

Routine cleaning that keeps your units cooling efficiently, prevents water leaks and extends their lifespan. Recommended every 3 months.

One visit, all your units serviced — see the per-visit rates above (from $60 for 1 unit to $180 for 6). Beyond 6 units, add $30 per extra unit. Final price confirmed at booking — no surprises on arrival.

Optional: blower dismantle +$30 per FCU (some brands only).

Annual Servicing Contract

Sign up once and we service your units every 3 months for a year — 4 visits in total — at a lower per-visit rate than booking ad-hoc. Keeps your aircon consistently efficient and saves you money over the year.

Chemical Overhaul

The works. We fully dismantle the unit for a complete chemical overhaul — best for units that are very dirty, leaking water or smelling musty.

Includes full dismantle of the FCU from the wall & reinstall. Mixed unit sizes, or 5+ units at 18,000 BTU & above, are confirmed at booking. Not sure of your unit's BTU? Just book — we'll confirm your exact price when we confirm your slot, never on arrival.

Gas Top-Up

Air-con not as cold as before? Low refrigerant is a common cause. We check for leaks, pressure-test and top up the correct gas for your system — we identify the right gas for you, no guesswork needed.

Repair & Troubleshooting
